Master Grade gunpla of an MS-09 Dom, same as the ones of the fearsome Black Tri-Star squad, seen in the first Mobile Suit Gundam anime series!
It's a gorgeous 1/100 scale snap-fit model kit requiring assembly, but there's no need for glue and all parts are molded in color.
This is the 2022 version of this model, definitely updated compared to the previous one released in 1999:
- the new inner frame allows for a wider and more refined range of movements;
- there are new molds for the armor that improve its aesthetics and also enhance its mobility;
- hands are pre-assembled (the so-called Emotion Manipulator SPs, with articulated fingers which you just need to turn and bend into the right position);
- it comes also with water decals.
Other features:
- Heat Saber;
- H&L-GB03K/360mm Giant Bazooka;
- 880mm RB-T27 Raketen Bazooka ;
- MMP-80 90mm Machine Gun;
- Sturm Faust rocket launcher;
- 2x unpainted 1/100 scale figurines of the pilot (sitting inside the cockpit and standing).
Once assembled, it stands approx. 18cm tall and is highly detailed!
It's recommended to use a side cutter to properly detach the components from the runners.
All parts fit together without need for glue, making the building process easier and faster than that of more "conventional" models, even for beginners.
Pieces are molded in separate colors, so it looks great even after a simple straight build.
However, you can paint it employing proper colors and your favorite techniques (Gundam Markers, brush, airbrush and/or spray cans).
