All our parcels ship usually via express courier.

Shipment of items marked as "immediately shipped" takes place on the first 2 business days after receiving payment.
Shipment of items marked as "shipped within 8 days" takes place within 8 days after receiving payment.

Packages, once sent, take about 1 to 4 days to reach destination within Italian territory.
Delivery times for destinations outside the Italian territory will take a few more days and vary depending on the distance.

We do not deliver parcels via "Poste Restante" services.

Shipping costs for Italy

In Italy, for orders up to € 100.00, shipping costs are € 6.99.
For orders over € 100.00 the shipment is totally free.
Shipping costs are independent of the quantity of items ordered.
Same rates apply for italian islands, Republic of San Marino and Vatican City.

Shipping costs for the rest of the world

In all other cases, shipping charges vary depending on the country of destination.
Any customs fees (if applicable) are not included and will be charged upon delivery.
We ship from Italy, and Italy is part of the European Union, so - within the EU - customs fees are never charged on our shipments.

The exact shipping costs, calculated depending on the entered destination, will always show in the cart before you make the payment.
