Real Grade model kit of the EVA-00 unit as seen in Rebuild of Evangelion anime series!
This is the deluxe edition of the model and, compared with the standard one, comes with the Positron Cannon for RG EVA-01 (the latter is sold separately).
The full name of the kit is "Evangelion Unit-00 Positron Cannon Set - Multipurpose Humanoid Decisive Weapon, Artificial Human".
It requires assembly just as a gunpla model, i.e. there's no need for glue and all parts are molded in cleverly separate colors!
The finished model stands about 19cm tall and is finely detailed and excellently articulated: its many joints allow for wide movements and dynamic poses.
In addition to the EVA-00, this set comes with
- Positron Cannon and G-Type equipment for the EVA-01;
- optional flexible Umbilical Cable;
- Entry Plug;
- Pallet Rifle;
- 14x different interchangeable hands;
- 2x Progressive Knives (open);
- 2x Progressive Knives (half closed, to emulate the extraction of the weapons from the shoulders);
- extra parts for shoulders and chest, so you can build the first version of this EVA, or the repaired/revised one (aka 00' or kai) same as in the anime, after the confrontation with Ramiel;
- stickers.
It's recommended to use side cutters to properly detach the components from the sprues.
All parts fit together without need for glue, making the building process easier and faster than that of more "traditional" models, even for beginners.
Pieces are molded in separate colors, so it looks great even after a simple straight build.
But, of course, you can also paint it using proper colors (not included) and your favorite techniques: Gundam Markers, brush, airbrush and/or spray cans.
