First Grade gunpla of the RX-78-2 Gundam, from the eponymous classic series!
It's a remold of the 1/144 scale model kit released in 1999 to celebrate Gundam's 20th anniversary, paying homage to the very first gunpla models while also implementing some clear improvements:
- the exterior (design, proportions, and overall aesthetic) is inspired by the Perfect Grade Gundam;
- parts snap together without need for glue, like in modern gunpla models.
Once assembled, it stands approx. 13cm tall, is partially articulated, and includes:
- Beam Saber;
- Beam Rifle;
- shield.
It is important to note that this particular kit is NOT molded in color. All parts are white so, to complete it, you'll need to paint it using suitable paints and your preferred coloring techniques: Gundam Markers, brushes, spray cans or airbrush.
The model showing in the images has been painted.
This model kit combines the ease of assembly with the pleasure of painting.
Paints and tools not included.
All parts fit together without need for glue, making the building process easier and faster than that of more "conventional" models, even for beginners.
