Fine model kit of the Arm Slave ARX-8 Laevatein from Invisible Victory, fourth season of Full Metal Panic!.
It's a 1/48 scale snap-fit model kit requiring simple assembly. There's no need for glue and parts are molded in color: it builds just like a gunpla model!
Once built, it stands approx. 18cm tall, is painstakingly detailed and features many joints.
Of course, it also comes with its 2 sub-arms, allowing him to deploy multiple weapons at the same time!
This "Last Decisive Battle" version stands out for its large amount of accessories and weapons:
- a pair of "Fairy's Feather" Lambda Drive Cancellers
- an optional effect part representing Laevatein cooling fibers
- interchangeable hand parts
- Geotron Electronics GRAW-4 Monomolecular Cutters
- 165mm multi-purpose Demolition Howitzer cannon, foldable and transportable on the back of the Arm Slave
- 76mm OTO Melara Boxer 2 shotgun
- 2 x M1108 anti-tank daggers
- 2 x 40mm GEC-B assault rifles
- a pair of 20mm Gatling guns
- XL-3 Emergency Deployment Booster flight module
- 12 x Black Mamba short-range air-to-air rockets for the XL-3
- display stand, with metal screws and bolts (which it is advisable not to tighten more than necessary, to avoid damage to the plastic parts)

It's recommended to use a hobby nipper to properly detach the components from the plastic runners.
All parts fit together without need for glue, making the building process easier and faster than that of more "conventional" models, even for beginners.
Pieces are molded in separate colors, so it looks great even after a simple straight build.
However, you can paint it employing proper colors and your favorite techniques (Gundam Markers, brush, airbrush and/or spray cans).
