10ml jar of solution for water slide decals. It softens them, enhances their adhesion and helps to avoid silvering (the unwanted whitish halo).
Just apply on the desired model part using the included brush, then position your decal as usual. Excess can be removed with water.
It's great in case of curved/uneven surfaces, and also when decals lose their glue due to prolonged water soaking.
