TAMIYA - GLOSS CLEAR COAT TS-13

TS-13 is a clear synthetic lacquer that cures in a short period of time.

The 100ml can is enough to fully cover two to three 1/24 scale sized car bodies.

The TS-13 is ideal to give a gloss finish to your models, simultaneously fixing and protecting the paint job you may have done.

It's essential also as a base for panel lining using Panel Line Accent Colors or enamels. In fact, it protects the model plastic - and the color layers you could possibly have applied - from the aggressive action of the aforementioned products.
At the same time it makes the grooves on the parts smoother, speeding up the panel lining process.

As it's contained in a spray can, it's easy and immediate to apply and is suitable for painting large surfaces.

To get best results:

• shake vigorously before use and reshake frequently;
• not recommended at below 10°C (50°F) or at high humidity;
• spray at a distance of about 25~30cm, keeping the can in vertical position;
• paint in fast and thin coats and don't stop in the middle;
• at the end of the painting, turn the can upside down holding the spray nozzle for a few seconds in that position, until no more paint comes out, to prevent clogging of the diffuser.

If the nozzle clogs, you can clean it with paint thinner.

Use the product only in well-ventilated areas and away from heat sources. Avoid exposing the can to direct sunlight or at temperatures above 40°C.
