Master Grade gunpla of the RX-78-2 Gundam, Ver.Ka version, i.e. revisited by mecha designer Hajime Katoki for an extremely detailed and realistic look (it even has movable cylinders inside its knees!).
It's a 1/100 scale snap-fit model kit requiring assembly: glue is not needed and all parts come molded in color.
Features:
- FF-X7 Core Fighter that can turn into the Core Block (torso) of the Gundam and can be combined with the upper and lower part of its body;
- non-transformable Core Block (you can choose to build the model using it, so that you can leave the Core Fighter outside of the mobile suit);
- 2x Beam Sabers;
- BAUVA*XBR-M-79-07G Beam Rifle;
- BLASH*XHB-L-03/N-STD Hyper Bazooka;
- RX*M-Sh-008/S-01025 Shield;
- a pair of fixed hands and a pair of partially articulated hands;
- stickers;
- dry transfer decals.
Once assembled, this Gundam stands about 18cm tall and is fully articulated.
It's recommended to use a side cutter to properly detach the components from the runners.
Parts easily snap together without need for glue.
They are molded in separate colors, so the Gundam looks great even after a simple straight build.
However, you can paint it employing proper colors and your favorite techniques (Gundam Markers, brush, airbrush and/or spray cans).
When painting it, pay particular attention to the ABS components, as they are susceptible to possible damages caused by aggressive paints.
