Primers are bonding agents used before painting with actual colors, to ensure better, longer-lasting paint adhesion, especially on smooth surfaces like those found on gunpla models.
This Ionic Smart Primer is exceptionally versatile, allowing for use on a wide range of materials: in addition to plastic, it works well on resin, metal, wood, and more!
It's suitable for gunpla models, other model kits, miniatures, vehicles, and diorama components.
It can be applied by brush or airbrush, used pure or diluted with water, and requires only a single coat.
Features:
- self-leveling, does not hide details;
- fast-drying (can be sanded after 24 hours);
- high adhesion and durability;
- semi-matte finish;
- 60ml plastic bottle with a built-in drip system in the cap and an internal mixing ball for easy blending.
Shake well before use and paint on clean and dry surfaces.
