This GX-81 Zambo Ace is an absolute masterpiece: perfect in every detail, fully articulated, transformable into Zambird and made of die-cast metal and plastic.
It comes with
- interchangeable face parts;
- interchangeable chest plates;
- optional hands (1x left and 2x right);
- 2x 50mm "Bird Gun" Vulcan cannons;
- Tremble Horn;
- Zambot Magnum gun with magazines;
- add-ons to turn the Zambot Magnum into a rifle with grenade launcher;
- belt for the Zambot Magnum and its additional components;
- dedicated pedestal that allows you to alternately display the Zambo Ace and the Zambird;
- figurines of the main character Kappei Jin and his dog Chiyonishiki.
Compared to the GX-23 Zambot 3 set, released in 2004 and featuring all 3 modules required to form the Zambot 3, this time Bandai focused exclusively on the Zambo Ace module, greatly increasing the faithfulness to the original robot, to its transformation in Zambird, to proportions and details (adding also the many accessories just listed).
It's bigger, too: it stands 180 mm tall, while the Zambo Ace contained in the GX-23 set was only 135 mm tall.
Zam-bull and Zam-base modules are not included.
