MGSD gunpla of the ASW-G-08 Gundam Barbatos, based on Mobile Suit Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans animated series!
It's a snap-fit model kit requiring simple assembly. There's no need for glue and all parts are molded in color.
Once built, it stands about 11.5cm tall, and is fully and finely articulated!
MGSD (Master Grade Super Deformed) category refers to hybrid gunpla kits that incorporate the cute proportions of SD models along with the advanced technology, gimmicks and extreme detail of MG models!
Features of this Gundam Barbatos:
- fully posable inner frame, like that of Master Grade models;
- head and neck can move on 4 axes;
- the "pneumatic cylinders" on the frame move realistically;
- some parts of the armor move automatically together with the movements of the mobile suit;
- 300mm Smoothbore Gun with folding barrel;
- mace, with an original gimmick unique to this model that allows you to extend the tip and expand the blades;
- long sword;
- you can attach the weapons to the backpack, which is also equipped with a sub-arm to support the Smoothbore Gun;
- metallized parts and clear parts;
- stickers.
It's compatible with display stands Action Base 5, showing in some images and sold separately.
It's recommended to use a hobby nipper to properly detach the components from their plastic runners.
All parts snap together without need for glue, making the building process easier and faster than that of more "conventional" models, even for beginners.
You can paint it employing proper products and your favorite techniques (Gundam Markers, brush, airbrush and/or spray cans), but it's not mandatory, since all pieces are already molded in coloured plastic.
