2nd edition of the MG RX-178 Gundam Mk-II model kit (sporting Titans colors) from Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam TV show!
This is a master grade gunpla, i.e. a 1/100 scale snap-fit model kit requiring assembly without need for glue.
All parts are molded in color.
It comes with:
- fully articulated inner frame;
- Hyper Bazooka with spare magazine;
- extendable shield;
- Beam Rifle with spare energy packs;
- 2x Beam Sabers;
- optional head Vulcan Pod;
- 2x unpainted figurines of a Titans pilot, one standing and one sitting inside the cockpit;
- dry transfer decals;
- stickers.
Decals and stickers allow you to customize this amazing model with the numbers of one of the 3 units of this Gundam seen in the anime series.
This second edition of the kit is a lot more detailed, proportioned and better articulated than the previous one dating 1998!
Compared to the A.E.U.G version, it does not include the launchpad, nor the technician figurines.
It's recommended to use a hobby nipper to properly detach the components from the plastic runners.
All parts fit together without need for glue, making the building process easier and faster than that of more "conventional" models, even for beginners.
Pieces are molded in separate colors, so it looks great even after a simple straight build.
However, you can paint it employing proper colors and your favorite techniques (Gundam Markers, brush, airbrush and/or spray cans).
